I don't known CEDC mod. I think that is better use ARMAGEDDON 1.2

Isn't 1.3a better then 1.2?

1: Vnet means Valkirinet? I think that on Vnet there are more lags and crash.
In Hamahci i think that there aren't this problems.

I seldom experience that problem on Vnet and tbh I can't play on Hamachii as it rape my computer.

Though someone else in the Scandinavian team may play instead if I can't, but to keep it certain that the Scandinavian team will be ready I'll still think Vnet is better.

3: is a rule by Hiensen. I like this rule becouse country like germany are in difficult with materials....

Basicly trade deals aren't allowed to be broken except during war?

For example how can comunicate our foregein's minister with France for diplomacy?

ok i rewrite rules:
-Don't use save games to see other nations or to do simulation.
-Bugs are a part of this game. Never we edit the save game.
-Who is in late, doesn't play if there are enough players.
-Allies-Kommintern cannot grant military access to each other
-You must respect peace treaties and no agression pacts
-No war till Danzig except for events
-Recycling units(disband) is allowed only if they aren't already encircled or if units are near to enemies. the same for Strategic redeployment
-Stealing techs are the only intelligence operation authorized on AI nations(AI isn't able to kill correctly the spies)
-Coups are not allowed on humans players
-The first trades already in place must be respected till the war between the two sides concerned
-No free trades between ALL humans until both concerned sides are at war, otherwise all trades must be fair and at +60%
-Coastal/land forts level max is 5

-USA not war since 7/12/1941
-URSS-GER not war with each other since 1941


Than, to help players in cooperation:
-In times of peace, maximum 6 months in one evening.
-In times of war, maximum 3 months in one evening.

Do not use bug to agevolate. For example to send the army to other country to supply it.
