So in my current game as Savoy Amendeo IX de Savoia rose to the Throne. He had a strong claim. However he now only has 20 legitimacy. Why is that?
I believe that Amedeo IX de Savoia is the "regular" heir of a 1444 Ironmode start.

Is this a new bug? If so I will report it.
It makes no sense that a heir with a strong claim only has 20 legitimacy.
