Ruler in revolt

My current character just inherited the kingdom of Denmark (probably after killing his brother). However he cannot declare any wars because he fails to meet the criteria "not in revolt" (see screenshot). He is clearly not in revolt, as he is not at war and he is an independent king. Am I missing something?

What version are you running? I know this was a problem previously, but it should have been fixed earlier this month.
