What are the equivalents for different ranked rulers among the different religions? (e.g. Latin Duke=Orthodox Prince) Do pagan rulers have different titles too?

I've took a again look at them and it seems that some High chiefs are equal to kings and others are equal to dukes/counts!?

As for the orthodox duke = prince... isn't always the case.
For example in Byz the ruler of Thessaloniki is really refered as dux (duke) and later king. I don't mean the time when Thessaloniki was independant but stil part of the Empire. In both cases dux and king was equivelant to the duke.
