How does the personal culture and religion of rulers & advisers, new as of this latest patch, affect gameplay? Is it just events or are there stats or implications for the wider state religion or culture?
Also they can't be promoted if they're not an accepted culture. I'm uncertain about religion on that one, but culture I'm certain of.you can get unrest penalties in provinces of your primary culture if the ruler is not of that culture. i imagine there's a similar effect for religion, but i haven't experienced it so i can't be sure.
advisors, as far as i'm aware, just have flavour events based on religion/culture
