Another potential bug in ruler builder, but trivial:

When you change culture the randomize name button still gives you names based on the original culture; affects both first name and dynasty name.

Also, if you change culture in the first tab/window it doesn't actually change your culture. You have to change your culture in the third tab/window.

Changing the "Graphical Culture" of the Appearance tab only affects the appearance whereas changing the "Culture" of the Attributes tab indeed affects the randomly generated First Name and Dynasty, so as to allow more diversity in character creation.
