Royal Marriage

As I see I cant form a royal marriage as a protestant country with a catholic one, but I can with an orthodox nation.
It seems a bit weird, is it WAD? (I'm using latest AGCEEP if that matters.)

See THIS thread. Until the Edict of Tolerance (mid-17th century, if I remember well), catholics can't have royal marriages with lutheran and calvinist countries.
