Welcome to Roosevelt, Capital City of the Albion Republic. The Republic gained independence from the British Empire in 1919 following the Great War and the Peace negotiation at Versailles. The new show piece capital was planned and built during the early 1920's. The grid iron design, canals, parks, wide avenues & boulevards were heavily influenced by the architecture of Chicago, Glasgow, Paris and Barcelona. The city prospered throughout the 20th century and continues to grow with further investment and exciting new developments planned. You can view "A century of Roosevelt" by following the link. The huge port is cool too:

But I'm not found of those huge RICO based districts, some of them have a feel of some nighmarish/dystopic future:
