What bonuses or negatives are there for owning rome as eu nation?
Or where can I find them plz tell me or show screenshot, atm im austria 1630 playing on hard no dlc etc.

In your government tab all country modifiers are listed on the right. The one you are looking for is " The Occupation of Rome" and gives -10 yearly papal influence and -1 diplomatic reputation for any catholic nation holding Rome (aside from Papal state of course)
EDIT: Italy and the Roman Empire can also hold Rome without the penalty and you also get the penalty if a vassal holds rome.

As a Catholic, if you or one of your vassal holds Rome, you have -1 diplo reputation and -10 papal influence per year (so 0 papal influence, as the Pope will also probably hate you for having Rome). If you vassalize the Pope, you have -2 diplo reputation, but there are no more effects if you occupy Rome, and you can start again to win papal influence, also with the +200 relationship possible for vassals the Pope will eventually have positive opinion of you. Use this papal influence to buy the legate (+1 diplo rep).
