Hi,

Using Rome improved map project.

What about the women ? are there here just to marry with a man and have children. Could it be possible in a future patch to interact whith them. for example, choose a women for marry ? or for intrigue, duplicity, diplomatic action (as for assassination (empoisonnement), to help to seduce a gouvernor for example, or to improve or reduce loyalty or popularity?

when we imprisonne a women what are the consequenz ?

Thank you in advance for your answer

Best regards:rolleyes:

Unless you are running cognatic succession, then no. Women are only there to to randomly marry important men.The consequences for imprisonment are the same though. Oh they do carry out a limited range of intrigue on their own, though I'd like to see this increased (think Arsinoe or Cleopatra). I think they may play a tertiary role by passing on inheritable traits, though I'm not sure if that really happens.

Of course it is accurate that women hold little formal power during this period. Ideally though I'd like to see them be able to do a few more things. Like perhaps more intrigue, the ability to make state marriages in monarchies, the ability to influence their husbands ambitions and convictions in republics, and perhaps the ability to be appointed to leadership roles in rare circumstances (with penalties of course, can't just change society overnight) maybe depending on the culture (think Boudicca).

I've noticed the more computer games I play the less action I get with women, ha!

But seriously folks, more action with women in game like you mentioned would add more depth. And women like it deep! ha!

I'm sorry............

When you are hooked up in a relationship, and copping heaps of flack from your lady friend for being on the computer, try this line on your girlfriend.

This is the Aussie version and you have to lose it when you are saying it:

"Would you rather I was down at the footy club all night watching strippers ? That’s is what a lot of my mates do."

15 years unmarried and I am still going strong. I still don’t know what she did for all those days and nights I played Duke Nukem over the modem. :) Cats are also a helpgul distraction for them but make sure they dont infringe on your rights.

Relationships are a war of attrition, go in hard at the start and establish a really strong position with everything that you enjoy, for it will slowly get warn down over time. Not having kids, I can only imagine the damage that does to everything you enjoy and I can see this happen to my mates.

Back to the game, on a serious note, I would love to see some more female action in the game. Some of the Successor women were real pieces of work.
