I actually like revolt risk modifiers and use them all the time, while most revolts are only annoying I dislike being annoyed..heh.

If there are civil war event chains that spring from revolt risk (because of the governor) or rebel armies, then that might actually be a useful trade good to have... especially if the danger of civil war increases with the number of provinces that have revolt risk and the degree to which they have it.

Just wondering- if i have let's say a province that produces grain. Now i trade some amber as well. Do the bonuses stack- ie i get 3% pop growth and 10% tax increase?

Think of the possiblities. So now when I start I am probably going to want to trade everything in Rome, so I get all the bonuses in Rome. But this brings up another point.

Would we still get bonuses if we traded .1 for .1 that is the same as if we traded 1 for 1?

I didn't know that the peoples of Gaul was less rebellious (wine) or that the remote and sparsely populated eastern Baltic region was renowned for its high tax incomes (amber). The trade goods bonuses seems a bit game-ish.

Aren't the trade slots very similar to EU3's national ideas by the way?
