Rome, The Pope and Papal control

Hi guys,

A couple of things:

Firstly, playing May beta so please ignore if this is fixed. I am playing as Duchy of Apulia, now King of Naples. I am the Papal controller and attempted to use the excommunicate option for the first time ever. Unfortunatley it won't work due to an error. The pop-up tells me that the Pope needs to have more prestige than the target but instead of using the Pope's prestige score the game is using his treasury!!!

Secondly, I have taken over the province of Rome from the uber-powerful German kingdom. I would like to gift it back to the Pope who is currently residing one province to the North. Is there any way to do this?

If the Pope has a province already then he will never ask you to give back Rome.

That's beacause there is no transfer title command. It would be very good if there was, but there isn't.

You can 'gift' it to him unofficially, if you mod the game a little and switch the title of Rome from your lands to the Pope's.

Yes it is fixed. I used maybeta some time ago and had the same problem now it uses his prestige.
