Rome Strategy Guide

Good afternoon I got EU : Rome, but somehow I lost the track of my strategy guide that comes with the online registration of the game.
I already tried to put the key again but it says that is already validated and don't let me get the guide again.
I have proofs that I really have the game and the key so I would like to ask how can I get it back.

It's also available up there in the FAQ forum. However if you got your game from a download vendor such as Gamersgate, the manuals as still available there without you having to re-entere any codes anywhere, you download then from the same place as you download the game from.
