Rome Strategy Guide/Manual Missing

I recently bought EU Rome Gold and I find it a bit confusing. So I wanted the manual to search through, but the game didn't come with one. I see it says how to "claim your digital Strategy Guide," and I have registered my game. The next step is "Go to the 'Rome' sub forum to download your strategy guide," but I haven't found this on the forums. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I downloaded both versions and I can't open either. I can't seem to wrap my head around this game.

I can see nothing wrong with the pdf. Maybe you need to update your reader?
