Rome collector's edition and GamersGate digital copy

Can anyone tell me whether or not I'm supposed to get a digital copy over at GG with the Rome CE serial?

I tried putting the serial key in, but it didn't work.

AFAIK, the collector's edition was the one that contained a miniature Caesar's bust. Therefore, it was never sold as a digital version (boxed version only). You probably got Rome Gold, not CE.

He's got CE registered, so I daresay that's not the case.

To the OP: try emailing the Gamersgate support team. They might be able to help.
