Rome and windows 10?

I double click on the launcher and than click on "start rome". After that nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? This game is ok with windows 10, right?

No steam or errors. It just doesn't want to start. It's ok though, i'll just play something else.

I can say I'm using Rome Gold. Is that known to have problems?

So I ran it as an administrator last night and it worked just fine

hi, i play the game europa universalis rome, plays sometimes for an hr sometimes less but when i get to having alot it plays less and less before it boots me back to my desk top, any suggestions

i downloaded from old disk and it worked fine
