First of all sorry if that's covered somewhere yet I couldn't find it. Well, I've been trying to do the achievment run as communist Yugoslavia and I am kinda amused because for some reason i cannot lose romanian guarantee even tho I joined faction. I annexed Austria and claimed Grecce to fight them and Romania at once. Before going to war I joined Comintern manually to lose guarantees and i did lose all of them except romanian one. Do you guys know what is the reason behind it and whether it's intended?
I have all DLC's on, no mods and playing historical.
