When is Romania created and it there a event for? Wallachia annexed Moldavia but nothing happens. it is on VIP, if that matters.

Romania is created when Russia declares war on Ottoman Empire and anexed its two sattelites (Moldova and Walachia). There is also a event for Russia that creates Bulgaria.
I don't know if there are similar events for Bosnia, Albania and to recreate Serbia after anexation. Well... In my games, Russia prefer to take some Iraqian provinces than to expand further than Bulgaria in the Balcans.
If you are playing with Walachia, which is a really nice game (as ottoman empire is not a strong great power), and you annexed Moldavia... there are not any event for creating Romania (well... there are no event text for Walachia anyway). And Romania has less national provinces than Walachia or Moldavia, what I think it is an error of the game makers for these countries.

If you know how to change events in Victoria, you should try creating these. Just base your event on the commands and triggers of Italy or Germany or Sweden/Denmark and create a event name or a event detail.
I don't know if you create a file in the events folder named Walachia it will work...
I always created unification events (La Plata, for example) using existing files in this folder.

I believe there is a common peaceful event in VIP for the creation of romania. I've seen it happen in a few games, it doesn't happen as a result of annexation. I think it may be linked to a Russian event. It occurs for wallachia i think and causes a game over for moldova, the gain of all the their territories and changes your nation into romania.
I think it's a mistake by Paradox, that they didn't include it. That they didn't make the event for Moldavia and Wallachia to create Romania i refer.
i was checking the files, there are several peaceful ways of forming Romania from wallachia. One happens if britain and france wins the crimean war, another occurs from an ottoman event. Theres also one that happens after the later war in 1878.
Well... I didn't created this topic. But there information are pretty useful for a Romania's history fan like me =D. I will sure search these events and findout what are the triggering conditions to them.
I just wish to remember that Romania, unlike Walachia or Moldavia, doesn't consider all historical provinces part of their nation (especially the western part of the actual nation). So... maybe, it would be nice to include some national provinces to the Romanian file.
