I'm playing 1.02b Bolted, as Japan, not allied with anyone. I've run through China, Afg, Persia, Turkey, Greece, Yugoslavia and now currently fighting Romania who allied with Germany after I DOW'd them, so I'm still just fighting Romania.
Problem is, they keep sending 1 cavalry division through the 3 provinces I've taken from them. I have 2 divisions minimum garrisoning those provinces and 1 of them has a 5 Armor division in it. But, soon as the Romanian cavalry arives, it pops up 'Enemy in Sight' and for the rest of that day, it gives Romania control of that province without a fight. I get back control at the beginning of the next day, but it's a pain. I even lost some air units even though I had 2 mech divisions in the province.
The only editing/cheating I have done is gone into the saved files a couple of times to bring dissent down to 0%. I just wanted to see what the map looked like all yellow.
I apologize if this has already been mentioned, I checked the bug list and didn't notice anything like that, though I could have overlooked it. And I did some searches on the forums, but may have used the wrong phrases.
