Rollover tidbits

This request is inspired by another thread I was reading in a different forum (HOI1).

One of the cool things in older Paradox games is that when you placed your cursor over rivers you'd get a rollover box telling you the name of that river. I'd like that same function to be in EUIII.

Yes! I missed that feature in HOI2! Please bring it back for EUIII!

EDIT: And maybe make it optional for the player to turn on names of mountains (only the bigger ones) and fields (only the bigger ones).

That's a nice feature .. it was in EU2 and it really should be in EU3 as well ..
