Hi there I'd like to know where I can find the variable to fix this? I can't for the life of me find it by myself looking around (defines, air missions etc...)

I'm relying heavily on interceptors to defend my industrial integrity since they get an interception bonus against the allies' huge fleet of strategic bombers.

So please help me out, I just want to be able to have a line of pilots exercising at all times to gain extra Air Exp and also so I can send them trained to the war air zones instead of just sending them green so they die.

Cheers and thanks in advance!

Edit:
Also because is cheaper to have an air fleet of interceptors scramble in terms of oil spent, which is not abundant for me now and also because war support goes up from intercepting heavy bombers.

The relation between plane types and available missions is hard-coded. Pilot exercise is only available for fighters, tactical/strategic bombers, CAS, and naval bombers.
The only way you could enable them for rocket interceptors would be by changing them to one of these types in common/units/air.txt. But this would of course also make other missions available to them.
https://hoi4.paradoxwikis.com/Air_missions shows the mapping of plane types to available missions.

Looking at German experience, you don't get to train with rocket interceptors in 1944/45, you train on other planes and then use interceptors until you Crash/get shot down/land.
With 10 minutes in the air, what would you train?
