WOW! WOW! ONE robot pop need TWO POINT ZERO Energy Creds Maintenance?Depends entirely on tech research. In that Super Bird MP game, Henrik already has Robots at 2271. FYI, game start date is 2200, and the latest Blorg stream ended at 2267.

Keep in mind that there are likely techs that'd lower the maintenance cost. Besides, Robot POPs have 100% Habitability and 100% Happiness, which leads to 100% Efficiency and 100% Productivity. Look, they're even happier than the Super Birds themselves!WOW! WOW! ONE robot pop need TWO POINT ZERO Energy Creds Maintenance?
Well an organic Pop working on a standard farm can feed itself and one other, while a robot Pop working on a power plant can power itself and half of another. Sure, robots get less efficient compared to organics as you get better facilities, but it's not awful. Organics would, of course, be preferable to robots if it was at all possible to have them.WOW! I hope Sectors don't start mass producing Robot Pops because this can easily derail your economics
you can give AI/Robots rightsOkay. Second question: can I give Robotic AI equal rights and prevent Rise Of Machines? Or AI still be considering filthy meatbags as a threat/lesser?

Having a option is always good. Why is another matter entirely - the soulless machines ought to know their place.

I would really like it if we could choose to build robots for each generalized tech level. What I would like to know is if robots have to be rebuilt when you research a technology that improves them.

Why? because of the risk of sentient rebellion, I'd like to be able to build 'toaster' grade robots on some planets, moderate level on others (where I think I could handle the rare chance of them revolting) and super advanced robots only where I either know I can control them, or don't care if I lose.
