1) enter netherlands events
2) Go to 'The 1919 Disablement Law'
3) replace

command = { type = pop_consciousness which = conservative = 1 }

with:

hi everyone, i'm new at this forum but i´m interested in this idea but i'm worried about not seeing south america's importance in this escenario, in those years the things here where very interesting and very important for the world's future like the naval block that germany, italy and netherlands did to my country (i don't remember very well the nations that did it) but in that incident they almost declared war upon venezuela, but USA defended us (amazing), so my point is thats things like this could be putted as events and could be the reason for a war USA-ITALY & the others and could heat the things in game, if you want i can reserch more about political, economical and diplomatical situation of the south american states ans help you with that information, since i don't know how to make an event, hehe if you don't understand some of the things i said or don't make sence pls let me know.

Actually, I have also been interested in South America's situation in this new scenario, so I agree that it's a bit curious that no regional thread has been created for it (of course, since I'm busy with the VIP project, I would only make some small contributions, for the moment).

germax (welcome to the forum! It is rare to see people from the northern part of South America here), you might want to know that the scenario discussed here goes from 1920-1933, specifically...

If you also want to help contribute to improving Victoria's handling of the 1836-1920 period (Venezuela's blockade happened circa 1902, didn't it?), your input would be appreciated in VIP's South America thread (see the link in my signature).

I'm sure you could provide some valuable info for both scenario projects.

Hmm that would be difficult. I've looked into this and the official Nobel Prize website only mentions the winners.

If we add the Nobel Prize events, that would be another 100 new events ... However I think it's a nice flavor.

Well its up to you I think, will you add them with the current event files, or make a own file for it? I prefer the latter although my computer wont have any troubles with another 100 or 1000 or 10000 events I guess

Regarding user definable tags: It was decided to not take TAG's that we're already reserved by VIP, so that it would be easier to integrate this mod with VIP in the near future. However, VIP is very likely to add and use more tags. They're already using U01 till U11 and they will add more for VIP 0.4 . I really think we cannot give up on using user definable tags only so that this mod can be integrated with VIP, if that ever happens anyway. I think we should consider using these tags for the benefit of the scenario, by adding interesting nations. Soon VIP will be using all user definable tags, should we use none so that this mod can be integrated with VIP more easily? I think not.

I will keep on trying not to make it unabled with at least the current VIP version, but I had already decided that we will have to ask Johan for some more User Defined tags... 50? 100?
