Have I been blind all this time, but have we always had the road maintenance fees in the budget panel? I swear I don't remember it being in there, or maybe it wasn't listed first? Maybe I just never paid attention to it.
Anyway, it pertains to road maintenance and snow dump services. I guess if I have neither of those buildings in my city and don't play with disasters, I can lower the budget for roads all the down, right? The only way roads get destroyed is by disasters and I don't play wimter maps, so I can save myself some money and always turn that down?
