So I play with RNW fairly often and recognized that 8 out of 10 countries there have the most useless ideas ever.
Things like: +Horde Unity withoout being a horde, +fervor as inti, +church power, +meritocracy, etc.
Could it be changed that the RNW countries at least don't get ideas they won't use the whole game? I like to play one of them but I have a hard time finding a country that doesn't have a wasted perk slot.
While some may think: "Then play according to your ideas"...it's not like there is the slightest use for a RNW country in horde unity...
The thing that bothers me the most is that these ideas must have a MUCH higher weight than other, since I can usually just click on a group of 7-10 nations and find 4-6 with horse unity..
