Here are some remarks:
1) According to my sources Dinaburg should be Russian.
2) I don't know if you really need to have Courland as separate state. It was a vassal of the Commonwealth and indepentent on paper only since 1791 and it will only create more problems for the partition events (russian annex on 1795) and the impact of Courland on international matters was near zero, it shared the fate of the Commonwealth.
3) Also I think there's too much cash available. Remember how poor was the state, due to ineffective taxing scheme and noble priviledges. I think that maybe every province should have those "crime levels" already above "none".

Dominik, thanks, but it was all your information that is making an accurate Poland easy. So you deserve credit to. :D

1. Ok will transfer Dinaburg to Russia.
2. I can see your point, but since it was 'technically' independent, I have to go that route. I have tweaked the Russian Annexation event to include Courland, it works fine. :)
3. Ok will redo cash available. How would I go about adding crime buildings to a province?

I didn't notice it earlier, why Danzig is not in Prussia? It should be! :)

Ok, Courland may stay but it should be eaten by Russia together with Third Partition of Poland. And during the 1792 and 1794 war it should stay neutral.

About the crime buildings I don't remeber if that's the proper name for them, like in CK when they are really buildings, but I remember that during Victoria game if you don't spend enough cash on crime fighting there can be some crime maluses in various provinces. It would be good to add them to the scenario setup.

Ah, and the major thing, the current flag is terribly wrong for the Commonwealth :) It's rather for the Congress Poland period. It would be great to change the current flag to while eagle/pogon (Lithuania's symbol) on red field.

1. Can you provide a source on the transfer of Danzig? Mine has it going to Prussia in the second partiton. Here is a wee bit of information I obtained.

Not only did Prussia obtain Danzig and Thorn in the Second Partition of Poland (1792), but in the Third Partition (1795) she acquired the central basin of the Vistula, with Warsaw as its capital. Prussia now included the entire basins of the Oder and Vistula.

2. Yeah they are called crime buildings. Even though things like Machine Politics can hardly qualify as a building. :p

3. I have the flag and I had forgotten to put back the eagle flag. Will fix ASAP. :)

You're right and I was wrong about Danzig/Gdansk. Sorry. On the other hand without the connection to the capital, the usefulness of the city will be almost zero, but it will be correct in the historical sense so I like it.

Ok, so you can put at least one crime building in each province and reduce the cash to 0-100. That would be more adequate :)

Good that you have the proper flag ready.

Transfered Dinaburg to Russia and lowered cash available to 100. Added the proper flag and gave the Congress Poland to the Duchy of Warsaw. As soon as I figure out how, or someone tells me how, I will add the crime buildings to the provinces. :)

Try looking in a savegame with those buildings added by game. Look how it is stored there, maybe something like "trusts = yes" or sth for a given province. Then try to copy the structure into the scenario file.

if I could get some folks to commit to helping finish this we could complete it. Kaiser, hint hint, ;) Most of the flags are done, what is needed is mainly leader pics to be finished.

This era deserves a treatment like VIP. There is SO much that happened in this era nothing less than a total conversion would do it justice. This would entail research on techs, events and various sundry items.

As for releasing it unfinished, I can't do that. Too many times have I seen games, mods and other items released unfinished and the reputation of the maker, no matter the reason for the early release, tarnished for the release of a unfinished product. Since my name is attached to this project it is my reputation that is on the line.

If you all want to play this mod, then begin doing research on your favorite nation and begin posting parties, leaders, events and other things needed for that nation. :) I would prefer that the items are posted on the forum dedicated to this mod, if possible.
