On which particular part of the scenario do you need feedback? If you mean the starting premise (Commune victory = new era for France, Europe , the world) I personally believe that things would have gone in the reverse direction.
I think Bismarck would have been rubbing his hands in glee at the prospect of a France totally disordered by revolution - why settle for Alsace and Lorraine when all the rest lies there just for the taking. I also think that Britain, Russia, and Austria would have had no trouble remembering what the last French Revolution brought them so could have been relied upon to forcefully intervene and that by 1880 France would have been petite France and you'd have a looming war between a newly formed Germany and the remaining big three. But if you allow for France surviving unravaged until your reconstruction era then it's all bets off and the sky's the limit - that's what I meant by speculation upon speculation, it's an opportunity to let your imagination off the leash.
