Thank you! I have found however that finding alt history ministers is very hard, so that part wasn't the best. Also, finding the perfect color for nations is difficult.

In this scenario, what do you think would have happened? I need your opinion on what you think is the most likely scenario.

On which particular part of the scenario do you need feedback? If you mean the starting premise (Commune victory = new era for France, Europe , the world) I personally believe that things would have gone in the reverse direction.

I think Bismarck would have been rubbing his hands in glee at the prospect of a France totally disordered by revolution - why settle for Alsace and Lorraine when all the rest lies there just for the taking. I also think that Britain, Russia, and Austria would have had no trouble remembering what the last French Revolution brought them so could have been relied upon to forcefully intervene and that by 1880 France would have been petite France and you'd have a looming war between a newly formed Germany and the remaining big three. But if you allow for France surviving unravaged until your reconstruction era then it's all bets off and the sky's the limit - that's what I meant by speculation upon speculation, it's an opportunity to let your imagination off the leash.

If that's not helpful I'd be happy to respond to more specific questions.

I think Austria would be close to death by now. A large amount of nationalist factions plus the France supported leftist ones. It would take Austria everything they have to not to fall apart. Every war would be a nail in its coffin. Even the Ottoman Empire would be in a better position.

Well yes, the Ottomens are in a better position. The AH empire is also on deaths door.

I was just asking if you thought the borders and countries currently in the mod are realistic enough for this scenario. I need feedback so I know more on what to change.

I"m not sure Bulgaria should exist, or that it should be that big. The Ottomans could've destroyed any separatist movement in the Balkans, if it's not supported by some grand powers (which they wouldn't because of the French situation.) It's just too pointless of either the Germans, Austrians, or anyone else to really care about Bulgaria if a much larger threat is on the borders. The only option would be Russia. It's a 50/50 chance for them to make a pressure on the Ottomans, or beat the reds at home.

It depends on how far you think the Commune victory would have distorted the historical timeline. If you believe that the situation in France would have been the primary focus of British and Austro-Hungarian attention, you could well imagine an early Russian push into the Balkans leading to an early creation of the Bulgaria of San Stefano. On that reasoning you could have a large Bulgarian state (or at least client state) in place by say 1872. To get that in place any sooner, though, you'd have to introduce some new drivers. I'm with Khor in believing that without serious Russian support a native separatist movement wouldn't have got beyond the scaffolds.

My idea on what AH and Britain is that, well, they did not view the Commune as a threat. They ignored them, and let them grow too powerful. Bulgaria, and some of the Baltic states, are subject states of the Ottomen Empire.

Gotta say you picked a great painting for the British skin - I happen to love Elizabeth Thompson's work. It does seem a bit squeezed though... would you like me to work on the matter?
