Rio Grande do Sul annexing a puppet Brazil

Can I do so in HPM?
To elaborate, I am in a position where I can easily destroy Brazil in a war, but due to its large size I am hesitant in regards to picking a Casus Belli. So, should I go for Puppeting and possibly annexing since we have the same primary culture, or should I simply munch territories from him?

Munch territories. I don't think there is a way to integrate puppets in vic2, except by event.

I am counting on that event, although I can't find it in the files. I doubt there will ever be a Great War involving Brazil so it's gonna be hard

There is no way to integrate Brazil should you puppet it, I'm sorry.
