They haven't made an official announcement about it yet, but according to Martin Anward's twitter, Ringworlds will be present.

Look at the bottom of the list, 'Master Builders' if Voidborn is for space habitats, then this is for Ringworlds. The top of it IS the graphic for a Ringworld. The way it curves, the overall look of it suggests that it is highly likely to be a Ringworld, rather than a larger station (as the top has a slight curve on it. I would bet someone else's firstborn on it.

I would bet your inheritance on it.;)
On a more serious note, I do believe that is what it will do.
Finally an excuse to name my engineering scientist Faben-of-will-and-might and I can finally bestow the rank of Master Builder upon my scientists.

TBH, I kind of hope it isn't. Call me old-fashioned, but I like Ringworlds being obscure and beyond my empire's tech. It's like the Citadel from Mass Effect: something you discover and claim, not construct for yourself.

It'll work similarly to Gaia Worlds, which aren't that easy to obtain or create, but when being created take an extremely long time to create. My Gaia world is going to take 40 years to make, the Ringworld will probably take at LEAST 80, maybe more. If not, I'd expect it to have a ridiculously high mineral (possibly energy or other resource cost; a high amount of influence is likely required to build it) cost to produce, and would still take a long ass time to make. The reason why we would be able to produce it is because we are the NEW 'Fallen Empires', it makes sense that we can defeat them, then it kinda makes sense that we would be able to surpass them in terms of construction.
