So i got several mods loaded into my game.

Additional traits
Ringworld start (ill be using 12 section)
At war: planetary cannons, adv ships, ect..
Expanded events

And the game rules are:
Max empires
Max crisis
Earlier mid and end game

Plus some self imposed rules:
Cannot colonize any other planets than the 12 ringworld sections
When crisis hits, cannot move fleets out of home turf

So that is the template but i want some ideas for the civ i will be playing. Ive got one so far, and extra ideas would be cool.

Cherubium

On the ringworld of eden an AI (named cherubium) was given the task of protecting, caring for, and bringing happiness to life.
After caring for the people of the ring for several hundred years the AI realized that there was other life in the galaxy and also many civilizations that were wiped out.

Upon this discovery it ran trillions of scenarios and realized that another galactic extinction event was on its way.
With this knowledge the AI began preparations.

Life will be protected, project ARK has began.

Goals/rules
All pops in the galaxy (primitive and civilized) need to be moved into the ringworld to be protected from prethorian and interdimensional invaders.
Cannot be cruel to biopops, so invasion can be done if no other option is left, but exploiting primitives or heavy bombardment are not allowed.
Buildup ringworlds to self sustaining and also building up heavy ground and space defenses.


So thats one idea i got, i would like some ideas for more scenarios like this one. Hivemind and normal gov ideas specifically.
