Is there a way to change a city from right to left side drive? I built somewhat of a nice city and didn't make it left hand drive like I wanted. Can we change this afterwards?

Unfortunately it cannot be changed after creating your city, this is written on the wiki. It is kind of understandable if you ask me as it can really screw up your city.
