Here's an interesting one. Using (the infamous) 1.02, with me as Castile and the other player as the Ottoman Empire, we suddenly noticed that we had differing political maps. His showed Poland owning Vorpommern, mine still shows it owned by Pommern. The war between them still shows as over for both of us. I have both versions of the saved game if that helps.
