Right-click province seceding

One thing I'd like to see (if it's not too much hassle) would be right-click province seceding (by that I mean add option *give province Y to X*).

It would make the game much easier on my ocd regarding puppet borders .

I'm advocating s.th. like this for ages in HOI, but it seems it's not gonna happen.

This would be nice to have. Be able to cede any province to any country regardless of core status. I dont like how they have to be in your alliance.
