Was a thread a few months back discussing whether or not a person needed to install the Vicky 1.04 Patch before Revolutions--something I'd always heard was a "yes." To my surprise, there were a few who reported that doing this messes up the POPs, particularly outside the GC scenario.
Looking at with- and without-1.04 Ricky installs, there are some significant differences in the POP makeups in the 1861 scenario (the one of most interest to me, natch). So now I'm confused. Are these deliberate changes by PI, or unintentional mistakes? Which POPs are correct, patched or unpatched? Does one even need 1.04 with Ricky?
