I sure don't know what you mean, you would have better results throwing it on google, followed by eu4. Even google might need the country it refers to though.

You may have noticed that on Steam your "now playing" status now shows (more) detailed information about what country/ruler you are playing in certain Paradox games. This, as I understand it, is rich presence. I was confused at first as well. Tooltips in the options menu (or simple descriptions directly in the menu) would avoid this situation...
