What does the 2.5 and the 5.0 (maybe there are more) numbers in the RGO screen stand (the one where you can improve railroad) for? They don't seem to be connected to production or level?

not really sure on that all i know is iu have hit the "expand" button 5 years running on many of them and seen no change whatsover that was noticable the number didnt change lol..could be simply affecting the labor pool that i havent noticed..but for 100 a shot for the expansion id like to see the values go up where i can see em... or is it really worth paying this expansion?

How do you lure them? by social spending and low taxes?
It is from the database value (province.csv) / 20. What exact effect it has on production is not known...Originally posted by Falstaff
