Given the precedent set by the decisions to move Basque and Breton into the Iberian and French culture groups respectively, I would suggest that Paradox takes a look at the cultural setup in Southeast Asia next.

As far as I'm aware, the current situation has the cultures grouped by language families rather than by actual cultural similarities. The result is that you have a lot of weird isolated cultures, like Mon (which is grouped with Vietnamese and Khmer) and Cham, which is actually part of the Malay group. This is the only region in the game where the cultural setup is this convoluted and it seriously hinders any effort to expand without picking up a bunch of land with unaccepted cultures. I'm not an expert in this part of the world by any means, but this strikes me as being something that should be reworked, unless anyone can explain why this part of the world (and only this part) should have this odd mishmash of cultures.
