Rework Norman Culture

So.. You have add the rework Breton culture from Sleight of Hand. So I have make a new Norman culture and hope you add this too. There are many new names and old was reworked to a more Norman form. I hope you will add this!

A okay... I can understand it a little bit. The most customers a from the english speaking world... So... But Paradox use also use Friedrich I and not Frederick I for the Holy Roman Emperor. But its not my decision. I can still use my files without a change from Paradox That is the nice point.

Yes, the modability of the Paradox games is on the great cons of these games
