For a while now I must concede I've been a bit irked at how, when colonizing, you take vast swathes of land and make part of your primary culture exclusively. The recent addition of the development system was a nice new dynamic in helping other cultures become accepted in your global Empire, but it's rendered a moot point if half the world adheres to your primary, thus rendering all those hard-earned provinces of different culture groups unaccepted.

I would like to propose a new mechanic to culture conversion, in the way of the ability to convert provinces to other cultures of your own cultural group, and maybe even accepted cultures, at a vastly reduced price/time (-75%, perhaps?).

It's only an aesthetic, but it would be nice to have the power to "re-settle" peoples of similar, or even differing cultures, across the world as you expand your dominion.

I'd enjoy being able to repopulate Pontus with Pontics as Byzantium.
