Neauchatel had sort of a double role - but it was more of a Prussian principality at the time, AFAIK.

And no, France didn't, though Napoleon took away the Valais for a short time.

KAISER FRANZ STRIKES AGAIN!
The map looks great, but shouldn't French Louisiana be there? i'm sure it must have been around that time....oh wait, in 1762 what then was French Louisiana was owned by the Spanish from 1762-1800, in 1800 there was a secret treaty to give this land back to France. it wa scalled the treaty of San Ildelfonso. The French only had it for 3 years, when they sold it to the USA. Also the Americans bought Florida from Spain in 1819, this could a good event....
Also, for maps, check out on google, type in French Louisiana, and go to images, you'll find a map of that territory, when it was owned by the Spanish and then by the French, Hope this can be of help!
EDIT : After Spain gives back Louisiana, the Spanish part of N.America should have the same border as Mexico in the Grand Campaign! But including Texas.

very good indeed. but some very important events are missing : like the continental blocus, the pacification of france by napoleon, his marriage with the daughter of the emperor of Austria because the attempt with the Tsar sister (?) failed, also the concordat, the creation of the Banque de France (which restore the economy) and the Franc Germinal

for the leaders since the time frame is 1770-1836 I think that it will be a good idea to put Lafayette, Moreau and others in there.

so how's the work is going to be split.

you sure don't want one men to do it? it's a really complicated time frame with a lot of events to script.

ps : if you want i will be able to help but not before october.

I certainly don't want to do it alone! I can't even decide what the effects of the revolution events should be... I was thinking something like this:

20. June: "The General Estates and the National Assembly"

Effect: Change to ConMon, Parliametarism and One-Party; increase consciousness for reactionary and conservative; decrease for all others. Loose a lot of prestige. Change ruling party to "La Constituante". Policies? Ideology?

14. July: "The Storming of the Bastille"

Effect: Army mutinys, revolts all over the country, manpower set to zero. Life rating in Paris temporarily reduced.

1. August (?): "Lafayette creates the National Guard"

Effect: receive some irregular divisions, 20 Leadership points.

5. August: "Abolishment of the Feudal Order"

Effect: decrease consciousness and militancy for capitalists and clerks, increase for Aristocrats and priests.

26. August: "Declaration of the basic Human Rights"

Effect: As above, but for liberals and reactionaries.

10. Octobre: "Confiscation of Church and Crown Property"

Effect: Get some money, militancy for Aristocrats and priests as well as reactionaries upped.

And that's just for 1789...

so I will post away some of my thoughts about the event chains.

1793 : Natural Frontiers principle : gain cores on province south and east of Rhine and on Savoy and Nice.

179? : buy Corsica from genoa

10 november 1799 : Brumaire coup d'etat. A: it works - change the governement ideology to Order B : It fails, napoleon his hunged and a new terror happen (rise militancy, lower tax efficiency -?), sleep all the Napoleon events.

A. Yes Get Rid of it, put the Consuls in charge!
increased militancy for some, lowred for others, new party in power
B. Keep it!
Same as option A, but no party change, also loose Napoleon as General

4. Napoleon made Consul for Life
France made into a Presidential Dictatorship, new Party = ?

5. Napoleon crowned Emperor
