I really enjoy the pics. Nice eye candy :)
Will there be an event for France to sell its Mississippi colonies to the Americans for a cheap price??
Will the U.S be allies with France for the invasion of Canada? (1812)

I'll concentrate on the actual revolution for now. If you can provide scripted events (or events that only need to be inserted into a template), that would be great and insure a swift implementation. You should be aware that there are many much more important events to take care of. For example, Spain starts halfway to a WC ;).

I also noticed that a sort of retroactive "limitless" time patch is necessary (looking at EUII's MES, I assume that's possible). Otherwise, I'll just have it start in "1989" and run to "2035" (otherwise, I think there'll be a mess with leaders).

Also, should Norway be satellite or in Denmark?
Allthough I hate to have to say it (;)), Norway was at that time quite integrated into Danish governing, and having Norway as part of Denmark is probably the most accurate. However, Norway should definately be a revolter, possibly with its' own events to attempt to break loose from Denamrk (or Sweden) given the right circumstances.

America coming soon (it's mostly yellow, though :D ).

BUT, I diverged and did some Prussian leaders. What do you think of the service times?

well done! they are very good, but perhaps we should keep looking for better pics just in case, nice any way though! Service dates look accurate.
So anything else you need me to do? I can't do event scripting but i can do some research or something.......what else do you want me to do?
If you need me, call!

edit : if you look on the graphics forum under leaders theres a guy that did stunning new pics of Erz. Karl and Johan as well as Tegethoff, he could help touch up those pics to make them richer in colour etc. i can't remember his name though.....

Edit: Forget what was standing here - I actually had look at his work... astounding!

As to what you can do:
Well, know little of the OOBs for the startdate (as of now, 1789). Number of men would already suffice if necessary - both AI and player will shift their divisions around pretty fast anyway (this also includes mobilization pools!).

And even if you can't script events, you can always propose ones :). Actually scripting them once I know what they should do is really easy.

Party files also need updating.

Heres an event for Naopleons invasion of Egypt
This should be around early 1798....
France gets an event for invading :
2 options :
A. Invade Egypt! = war with Egypt, add 2 div's, prestige +25
B. Leave Egypt for the someone else! = prestige -20 prestige

When France goes for option A, they get this event :
France Invades!
3 options :
A. Fight on to the last man! Prestige +8, add 3 irreg, 2 Cav
B. Beg for aid from the Turks and British! Prestige -2, 3 Inf Div's, 2 Cav's, a few techs and some Brit and Turk Leaders
C. Surrender now, save the country before its destroyed! Prestige -25, Egypt looses the Med coast to France, and becomes a French satellite.

Similar Brit and Turk events as well, any ideas?

Which pink do you mean? The one below Prussia is indeed Saxony. The one below Hannover is ahistorically large Lippe-Detmold. I extended some minors, so they all were annexable (i. e., didn't have more than three provinces). The area marked WLA (should be WAL, as it uses the Wallonia TAG) was a not in the Austrian Netherlands (there were a lot of little pockets in them, too, which can't be represented in Vicky).

BTW, in the meantime, I noticed the currently unused Ruthenia and Siebenbürgen TAGs, which will replace BEL and LUX.

Finland is already implemented as is ;). Norway I initially wanted to be satellite, but it seems you're right :).

Do you know anything about the borders of Poland? Especially whether it should have access to the Black Sea. Remember this is before the Second Partitioning.

This is from a map around 1792
firstly Poland shouldn't have a coast with the Black sea, is Neufchatel in the Vicy map, if so thats part of Prussia
Sardinia Piedmonte should be called Savoy, 2 sicillies is called Kingdom of Naples, Tuscany is part of Austrian lands, Republic of Genoa is on coast of were SP should have a coast.
Austria controls Milan but there isn't a joing between Tirol and Milan, Venice goes from Adriatic coast to broder of Switzerland. Augsberg belongs to Saxony...
wait i have it, check out Naopleonguide.com and look at the maps section, there is an animated map which goes from 1792 to 1820! all you've gotta do is download it install it and look at the maps for info! hope this could be of help. the map is called Centennia or something like that! look out for it on the web site i gave you!

Ok, here are some screenshots of the map... I'm least sure about the Middle Asian states (where I put the Uzbeks and Kazakhs, actually Khiva and Bukhara ;) ).
MiddleAsia.jpg

For the German minors, I used up all of the not-so-free TAGs in the area (SGF, NGF, LUX, WAL, BEL, FLA). Luckily, the "Palatinate" is in Bavaria anyway ;) ). Also, should Norway be satellite or in Denmark?
Germany.jpg

In Italy, I'm not sure whether Lombardia should be independent:
Venice.jpg

And finally, Georgia. Should Daghestan be a seprate state (using the ARM tag, most likely?)
Georgia.jpg

(North America is also pretty much done, except on how far north Louisiana and Canada should already be colonized).

Edit: Forgot Poland!
Poland.jpg

I found some problems with the map! and some revisions!

It's certainly of help! Though note that the all the blue in Germany is already Prussian - I was unsure about giving Minden to its theoretically correct owner, as the province is a little large. Hmmm... I might reconsider that... As for Göttingen, notice the blob of Hannover south of Brunswick; this is represented by the Göttingen province.

Also I think Kiev should stay in Russia. The city was certainly in Russia according to my map, even before the First Partitioning, and although it creates an ugly bulge in Poland, I'd rather keep it there :).

Although the 1792 map shows Walachia and Molodova in Russia, I think they were still tributary states to the Ottomans in 1789.

Otherwise, excellent points.
