I wanted to try playing a revolutionnary country, and I used the revolution's disaster to get Revolutionnary Spain (I started as Spain in 7 years war, 1756)
So, when the disaster occured (I had to take 25 loans to launch it) I got rebels, and when these rebels captured Madrid, I became the birthplace of revolution and switched to revolutionnary republic. Everything was fine and I got the 3 colors French Flag
I playd a bit seriously (though this was a test game, I invaded Portugal cause i wanted to have fun. BTW, I didn't notice that since 1.9, admin efficiency was at 22, 26 and 29 ADM tech instead of 20, 22, 26 IIRC) and while I was playing, I lowered my tradition to become a dictatorship. So, I expected to switch to revolutionnary Empire at the death of the lord protector... But I became a Enlightened despotism. (BTW, I reached tech 32 via cheats to be sure to have enought techs for revolutionnary empire)
So, how can we get revolutionnary empire as non-France country ?
