Anyway, it is easier to explain then why your shield is so weird

Tamil revolter is already done, Gujarat, Orissa, Assam are in the game all right, and their symbols didn't change since then. But tell me, do you really want so much to split India back into small feudal states? They've reunited all right.

it's still there, but I haven't added it. If we wanted to add it we could alwys find a tag, but I'm too lazy. Flandres will therefore not be added, as long as no one else adds/wants it.

Regarding Uyghuristan

Every province west of Urumqi (Including Urumqi) should be part of Uyghuristan

Regarding India

India was only united because of the british. It is probable that without british intervention they would still be priclely states. Anyway, all the states I proposed have different languages, and language is often a big part of revolts.

Here's an idea for what happens in 2100: The Russians are so drained from fighting a civil war that they promise independence to Siberia in return for open support against the counterrevolutionary forces; Siberia is freed at war's end. Then China breaks up (maybe gets beaten by Japan, who takes korea and manchuria?) and has to set free both the Uighurs and the Cantonese. Finally the Amur region becomes wealthy and gains independence for most of the region in a bloody war, but Japan sets its eyes on the isolated and militarily drained.. Amuria (or would the amur region become the center and capital of Siberia?)? I know these ideas are far out but they would make east asia more interesting.

BTW, my storyline is stupid. I will rewrite it and take into account all the new and more plausible information that people have come up with.

But civil war in Russia happens (by event) only if the communists take over. That's not the default event option - only 15% (though several times, maybe).

And what if through some event there's another Revolution in Russia - and the capital is moved to Novosibirsk or Petersburg - or Russia is simply desintegrated???

If russia is losing a war, has low stability, and high serfdom/police state then it can get revolution event.
