By the way, you misspelled Chechnya.

Palestine, Kurdistan, Taiwan and Tibet are allready in (at least we have the flags which is the hard part) I would rather say Romans then Bysantium. Quebec and Kosovo should be revolters yes. Mormegil are you on this one?

Ok, but you should know that currently Palestine, Kurdistan, Taiwan and Tibet are not independent nations. Well, Taiwan is, but China doesn't see it that way. Palestine has limited autonomy, but is not independent. And Tibet and Kurdistan do not even exist in any autonomy.

Sorry I was little unclear. What I mean with in is they are in as revolters (as I sad before they at least have flags).

Ok, I understand you now.

I might also suggest Ulster (Northern Ireland) as a revolter. But they might be more likely to go to the Irish republic....

I also understand there is some rebels fighting in Sri Lanka for independence, but I don't know if that means there should be a revolter there.

How about Corsica? The people there are Italian, but they live under the French, so they may want independence.

What about the situation on Cyprus?

Greenland is still part of Denmark, but it is possible they will break contact one day, so I think Greenland could be a revolter, if there is room for it. I know Birger Jarl's site already has flags and shields for Greenland.

Scotland and Wales should be revolters, because they may possibly one day break away with England.

These are all I can think of right now...

Northen Ireland should probably join Ireland if they got their independence.

I dont remember if their is a independence war or a war about the power in the country. And their are two provinces so maybe. Everything is possible if you just give me a flag.

And if I remember right the corsicans are not italian but corsicans.
And that country allready excist in the game (maybe change the flag)

Cyprus is a hard one because its only one province, but we can have them in the scenario as revolter or excisting country.

Greenland going to have a hard time running on their own, but if we say they find oil...

Scotland and Wales is revolters and they allready excist in the game.

Maybe so, but in modern times they are a part of France, so they should not be independant at the start of the game, but I think they should be a revolter.

It is also disputed between Turkey and Greece, so it should be an interesting area in the game.

Well, that means they won't be likely to revolt. It would make a nice challenge though to play as, if someone wanted to.

They are a revolter what I mean was that they allready excist with flags and all in the original game.

Ok, how about East Prussia? It has been under Russian control since WW2. It is possible they might want to rejoin Germany, or gain independence.

Montenegro has been drifting further and further away from Serbia, so they may want independence...

Puerto Rico would make an excellent revolter from the United States.

Hawaii, maybe?

I might be wrong but I think that Kalininggrad is a revolter.

Montenegro is a good idea they maybe start as an independant nation.

Isnt Puerto Rico allready independant?

In the scenario (which I need to go do some more work on BTW), Ireland has a CB shield on Ulster but England does not.

BTW if there will be a war between India and Pakistan that is before 2023, then India should have the Pak provinces but Pakistan is a revolter.

This assumes India would win against Pakistan in a war, which by no means is a certainty. Now that Pakistan has nuclear weapons, things may turn out differently... any war would have drastic consequences, for sure.

As with any war, after the nukes and the high tech gadget runs out it all comes down to who has more cannon fodder. And india will win that war.

Uigher Turks in China, I forget the province. Corsica, it is very unstable there, it is in the middle of several revolts. You just don't hear about it very much. How about Timor or Siberia? Siberia is in parts not at all Russian.
