Revised Spreadsheet - all states for current version of HOI4 (1.9.2)

Gentlemen & @billcorr ,

A revised Excel workbook, "Hoi4 states 192 rev1.xlsx", has been issued regarding all states for the current version of HOI4 (version 1.9.2).

The following country name corrections were made:

1. Changed from Qing China to Manchukuo (7 states affected)
2. Changed from Republic of Malaysia to British Malaya (2 states affected)

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please discard any outdated files named "HOI4 states 192.xlsx" that you have.

Some Fun facts taken from the Spreadsheet:

• The USA has 1082 of the 1798 Oil at game start. That's 60%.
• Of the 1360 Rubber at game start Singapore has 445 (33%). Southern Asia (including Singapore) has 1292 (95%), Africa 38 (2.8%) and Brazil 30 (2.2%)
• The 5 resource richest states (with the highest sum of resources) are Singapore, Texas, California, Sumatra and Java. They have a sum of 2100 resources.
• That's 17% of the total sum of resources at game start (=12162) or more than the total resources of the 683 resource poorest states.
• In total there are 796 states. That means, the richest 0.6% have more resources than the poorest 86%.
• 12.8 Million people live in wasteland. Highest population in wasteland has Marrkech with 1.9 Mio

I was surprised to learn this is actually pretty accurate, at least according to this League of Nations document.
