To the Hellenes porphyrogennetos was just a title, it didn't alter succession because the succession of Byzantine Empire was never hereditary in the first place.
There were, however, people who claimed the right of succession by being purple born, yet this was not limited to Byzantine Empire. Hence I suggest that such traits would be eligible everyone.
They would increase prestige oblivious, but they would also impact education negatively (pampered children) and make vassals more likely to support their claim.
So such traits would be:
Born in the purple: Character was born to an emperor.
+0.5 Monthly Prestige
Royaling: Character was to a king.
+0.4 Monthly Prestige
Ducaling: Character was born to a duke.
+0.3 Monthly Prestige
Comiling: Character was born to a count.
+0.2 Monthly Prestige
Baronling: Character was born to a baron.
+0.1 Monthly Prestige
