I would combine A and B. You never know how many new regiments they'll commission. I'd say try and take out the Tver (or any other) army, and then wait for muscowy and Novgorod to come to you.

For Tver army 5000 cavalry is enough. But what will AI Muscowy army do? Sieging our province, defending Tver from us, or sitting idle? Any guess?
I think that, if you take out the Tver army in one sweep (outnumber them) that Muscowy wouldn't defend them. They will most probably head to your territory. If they do march for Tver while you're attacking them, your cavalry speed should do the trick to stay ahead of them.

In the christian year 1456 we declared war upon Muscowy, Novgorod and Tver. Despite initial victory against Muscowy army, our army reduced by winter attrition. So we decided to peace out with Muscowy.
Tver is easily beaten and agreed to become our vassal.
We aren't surprised for our ally Ottomans come to help us fight against remaining Novgorod.
Soon Novgorod give up and become our vassal.
But war isn't finished our ally Ottoman dragged us another war.
Becoming allied with our vassals will help us in the future.
Not all Russian principalities are accepted our leadership. In order to bring other Russian princes under knee we need a reason. Making reason is up to our spies.
With reason we declared war upon Yaroslavl and his ally Pskov!
Treacherous Ottomans abandoned us, thus allowing us agree peace deal with Castille.
First Pskov agreed our vassalization.
Then Yaroslavl got same fate as Pskov.
Our educated people say our current government way below from our neighbors. But changing our current government takes time.
Peace also caused inner fighting between our nobles. To stop this we will use same method again.
Bringing Russian people to our control is not easy job. But we will succeed it. War against Muscowy and Lithuania has begun.
Muscowy is too big to become our vassal, so we grabbed some lands from them. May be we'll reward this lands to our loyal vassal Ryazan.
Currently we're winning against Lithuanians. Our objective is clear "Capturing Kursk".

Yeah. After converting Yaroslavl to Sunni Muslim, their were some rebellions. When we defeated rebels, they gone to Novgorod and created Sultanate.

Russian winter attrition was so annoying. If I send 15000 soldiers to Muscowy, then within 3 months half them is died of attrition.

This wasn't end. Our great Khagan Temur Quthlug I died of illness in christian year 4th of December, 1464. Immediately, our country in turmoil.

Good work on the Russians. They all fell pretty easy by the looks of it. That succession crisis on the other hand does not look easy.
Destroy all nationalists, let the pretenders take over. Pretender becomes king - no crisis, but you may get serfdom/decentralise moves. You do inherit all the pretenders armies. Government may change, typically to tribal federation. Dangerous as you may seem weak, and war prevents rebels from winning.
I've tried playing the mongols from the other direction - Mongol Khaganate is the union tag for the culture group, so you get same culture group all the way to the black sea

In our war against Polish, we received good news. Ottomans declared war against Poland. Unable to fight against two great Muslim countries they have accepted our peace offer and we reached our war goal.
