Returning Capital to Nanjing

I defeated the Japanese in the Second Sino-Japanese War, but lost Nanjing for a while in the meantime, and the game moved my capital to Chongqing by event. Is there any provision for the return of the capital to Nanjing in the event files after a Chinese victory?

An event i believe should make it back to nanjing. Otherwise, there is really nothing bad about it being Chongqing.
