I played Manchukuo, after the Japanese demanded a white peace , I control Taiwan and the areas captured from China, after China lost, I took the rest, but in focus Claim the Mandate of Heaven, said cant control Taiwan, in manage occupied state has not returned Taiwan for Japan, what should i do

Couldn't you annex them during the peace conference? Sorry, I'm not completely sure what you mean there.
