Possible bug: Retreating enemy uses my AA guns

Playing as Japan in the 1936 scenario, I noticed the following:

I had just captured Yanan (Communist China's capital), and decided to tac bomb the retreating enemy forces just for fun :). The enemy forces consisted of 2 militia units, and I am pretty sure their AA was very low (1), and I attacked in daylight in perfect weather with my best air leader. Yet my bombers recieved a very heavy beating, more than 10% strength loss in one battle. The only explanation to this is that the enemy somehow used my AA guns in the province and fired them on my planes. This doesn't seem very logical to me.

Yes, I controlled the province and had around 15 divisions there myself. The retreating enemy I was bombing consisted of 2 militia units, and even with AA brigades they would have lower AA than a vanilla inf division.

Hmmm got a savegame of that as a proof

Nope, I do not currently have a save of that particular retreat situation, but I will start a new game and do the same thing again. Where should I send the save?

I now have a save game that clearly proves that the retreating enemy uses my AA guns, no doubt about it. In this save, I am tac bombing 1 retreating enemy militia unit (retreating from Communist Chinas capital, which I now control, and it has lvl 4 AA). My tac bombers take a LOT of damage, and also, during one single hour of combat, usually 3-4 of the planes take damage (if it was just the militia firing, a maximum of 1 plane could take damage per round of combat). Where do I send the file?
